What is my Charity Mobile User ID and/or password?
Your Charity Mobile User ID may be your Charity Mobile account number, or another username chosen by you when you first set up your User ID in the Charity Mobile app or the My Account portal. If you do not remember your User ID, you can recover it using one of the following methods:
- In the app, click on the Need Help Logging In? button at the bottom of the login screen, then select Forgot My User ID and follow the instructions.
- In the portal, click on the Forgot User ID? link above the User ID field and follow the instructions.
Your password was chosen by you when you first set up your User ID in the Charity Mobile app or the My Account portal. If you do not remember your password, you can recover it using one of the following methods:
- In the app, click on the Need Help Logging In? button at the bottom of the login screen, then select Forgot My Password and follow the instructions.
- In the portal, click on the Forgot Password? link above the Password field and follow the instructions.
