Can I monitor my data usage on my device?
The Charity Mobile app (available for smartphones and tablets) and the My Account portal are the only ways to accurately measure your data usage. Certain devices display a data usage counter within the settings of the device, but this internal counter is not linked in any way to the Charity Mobile network and does not provide accurate data usage information.
Our free usage notifications will also automatically alert you via text message and/or e-mail when you approach or exceed your data allotment for the current billing cycle. Click here for more information about usage notifications.
