How do I activate a Charity Mobile eSIM?

eSIM is now required and/or supported on select iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. To activate Charity Mobile service on an eSIM, please call us toll-free at 1-877-474-3662 or chat with us using our Live Chat during business hours so that we can walk you through the process. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network in order to activate your eSIM.

For iPhones and iPads
Please contact us before performing the initial setup of the device.

During the activation process, your iPhone or iPad should automatically detect a "New Cellular Plan" from Charity Mobile. If the plan is not automatically detected, please verify that you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. If a "New Cellular Plan" still cannot be detected, please contact us.

For Android devices
Please contact us after performing the initial setup of the device.

Navigate to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager on your device, then select "Add eSIM". If you are unable to complete this process, please contact us.

Do not scan this QR code unless a Charity Mobile representative instructs you to do so.
