Do your devices require a SIM card?

All Charity Mobile 5G and 4G/LTE phones and 4G/LTE tablets require either a physical Charity Mobile SIM card or a Charity Mobile eSIM (digital/embedded SIM), depending on the device model. eSIM is now required and/or supported on select iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

If you wish to use your existing device with our service, please click here to determine eligibility and compatibility. Your existing device will require a physical Charity Mobile SIM card or eSIM, depending on the device model. Consult your device's user guide to determine the required physical SIM card size. Charity Mobile physical SIM cards are "tri-cut" and can be sized to fit mini, micro, or nano SIM card slots.

Physical SIM cards and eSIMs from other providers are not compatible with our service.
