What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return or exchange a device that you ordered from Charity Mobile within 30 days of receiving the device. For exchanges, you must pay the cost associated with the subsequent device, and will only be refunded for the cost of the original device once it is returned to Charity Mobile. One exchange is allowed within this time frame. A returned or exchanged device must be received in like new condition with all of its original contents and packaging within 30 days of initiating the return. The definition of like new condition is the sole judgment of Charity Mobile. Failure to return a device with all of its original contents and in like new condition will result in you being billed for the value of the promotional discount you received, and will void any refund due to you.

Please call us at 1-877-474-3662 to initiate the return process. Returns cannot be initiated through our web site at this time. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order and the device must be returned within 30 days of initiating the return process.

All returns must be accompanied by:

  • All original packaging in like new condition.
  • Device and charging cord in like new condition.
  • Included accessories and user manuals in like new condition.

Please do not write on the device's box or place any postage labels directly on the device's box.

All device equipment must be returned in like new condition. Once we receive the returned device and deem that it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued for the device and/or accessories. Any device equipment that has been damaged or has visual blemishes will not be eligible for a refund and may result in additional charges.
