Do you offer a risk-free guarantee?

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new service, device or accessories, you can terminate your service and return your device and accessories within 30 days of activation and you will pay nothing for the service. Some restrictions apply.

All returns must be accompanied by:

 All original packaging in like new condition.
 Device and home charger in like new condition.
 Accessories and user manuals in like new condition.

Please do not write on the device's box or place any postage labels directly on the device's box.

All device equipment must be returned in like new condition. Once we receive the returned device and deem that it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued for the device and/or accessories. Any device equipment that has been damaged or has visual blemishes will not be eligible for a refund and may result in additional charges.

Charges associated with your monthly service will be reversed if the device is received within the 30 day time period and is found to be in like new condition. Data usage exceeding 1 GB will not be reversed and must be paid in full.
