What if I have a problem with my device?
There are multiple reasons why your device may not be functioning properly. You should power your device off and back on again daily for optimal performance. If your device is frozen or experiencing network connectivity issues, you should either hold down the device's power button to "force" a shutdown, or remove the device's battery momentarily (if your device has a removable battery) and then replace it, power the device back on, and attempt normal use again.
Please contact us if you continue to experience problems with your device, and our representatives will assist you with diagnosing and resolving the issue. We are unable to provide support for any third party applications and services.
All new devices purchased from Charity Mobile are covered by our 30 day return policy and include up to a one year manufacturer warranty. Recertified devices purchased from Charity Mobile are covered by our 30 day return policy and may not include any remaining manufacturer warranty.
