Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes! As long as your existing phone number is still active with another provider, and we are able to provide wireless service in your area, we can port the number to Charity Mobile at no additional cost. You will need to provide us with four pieces of information about your account with your existing provider, and you may need to contact your existing provider to determine one or more of the following:
• The name associated with the account.
• The address associated with the account.
• The account number associated with the account.
• The PIN or password associated with the account.
If you are in a contract with another provider, please note that they may charge you an early termination fee if you switch away before the end of your contract. Additional restrictions may apply. Contact your existing provider for details.
