How often will I receive a bill?
You will receive a bill for services every month.
For customers with mobile services, bills are sent out on the 12th of each month, and due on the 5th of the following month. Mobile plan bill cycles run from the 7th of the month to the 6th of the following month.
For customers with only long distance services, bills are sent out on the 26th of the month, and due on the 19th of the following month.
